Finding emergency mental health support can be overwhelming, especially when you're unsure who to turn to. While I offer psychological support, I do not provide emergency or crisis services, nor do I offer clinical psychiatric diagnoses or treatment for acute psychiatric illnesses as defined under German law.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or need immediate help, please know you are not alone, and support is available.
