Therapeutic Approach

I see the therapeutic relationship as the foundation of meaningful work together. In this supportive space, we reflect on earlier life experiences, relational dynamics, and long-standing themes that may still shape how you feel and respond today. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to your needs and goals.

My work is rooted in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), evidence-based approaches that help you understand the connections between your thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. These methods offer practical tools for navigating daily challenges, while also supporting lasting change through greater flexibility and alignment with your values.

Psychological Assessments

I offer psychological assessments to help explore emotional, cognitive, or behavioural patterns that may be affecting your well-being. These tools can provide valuable insights into challenges such as anxiety, attention difficulties, or relationship dynamics that can help guide our sessions. For example, an anxiety questionnaire might help clarify what situations trigger distress or how symptoms show up in daily life.

While I am not authorized to provide formal psychiatric diagnoses, these assessments can support our therapeutic work and help guide referrals if further evaluation is needed.
